Time to breathe
YogaDiva's conduct beginner & intermediate Hatha yoga classes, in a variety of beautiful outdoor locations and tropical yoga studios across Singapore. We aim to provide you with a calm environment, close to nature, to enable you to fully relax, breathe and enjoy your precious yoga time.
We offer small yoga classes every weekday, with a maximum 15 students per class (to ensure you have a safe and personal practice). Our weekly schedule includes Hatha, Teen, and CORE classes. Sarah also teaches pre/post natal and runs a regular Beginners Course throughout the year as well. All of our teachers are available for private lessons on request.
YogaDivas welcome everyone - from complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, pre-teens, teens, men and women! All we ask is for you to bring along a smile and an open heart, and we will guide you through the rest of your class introducing you to some wonderful yoga bliss!
Sarah, Catherine and Juli are fully qualified Hatha yoga teachers.

The YogaDivas are a very friendly bunch! We often have juice/coffee together after class and it's a great way to meet new people and make friends in Singapore. You do NOT have to be 'Bendy Ballerina' to come to yoga and have some fun with YogaDivas!
If you find the prospect of starting yoga for the first time daunting, perhaps join a Beginners Course or take a couple of private lessons before you join the main groups.

Why try yoga?
Combining a strong yoga asana pratice, with a guided breath is a fantastic way to achieve not only a toned physique (with consistent practice) but almost from your first class you will witness the beneficial effects on your mind, body, and emotional state.
Leaving your yoga class you will feel not only more centered and calm, but also energised and emotionally 'walking on air'.
Yoga is also an amazing way to discover (or re-discover!) the 'tejase' within us, and in our lives. 'Tejase' means 'Divine Sparkle' in Sanscrit and a regular yoga practise helps us connect with it and enjoy life to the max!
