Hatha yoga in the tropical outdoors
YogaDiva's conduct beginner & intermediate Hatha yoga classes, in a variety of beautiful outdoor locations and tropical yoga studios across Singapore. We aim to provide you with a calm environment, close to nature, to enable you to fully relax, breathe and enjoy your precious yoga time.
We offer small yoga classes every weekday, with a maximum 15 students per class (to ensure you have a safe and personal practice). In addition to our regular weekly Hatha Basics and Hatha Flow classes, Sarah also runs a regular 'Hatha Basics' Course throughout the year. All of our teachers are available for private lessons or corporate events on request.
YogaDivas welcome everyone - from complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, teens, men, pregnant mamas and women! All we ask is for you to bring along a smile and an open heart, and we will guide you through the rest of your class introducing you to some wonderful yoga bliss!
Sarah, Catherine and Juli are fully qualified Hatha yoga teachers.

Yoga Basics Courses, 2014
YogaDivas run a few 'Hatha Basics' courses a year, to introduce you to basic alignment and breathing. These courses are great if you are new to yoga or coming back after a long break. We only have 10 people on each course and they do fill up fast, so do book in ....
Each 'Hatha Basics' course is 4 weeks long, with one 60 minute class per week (plus a little bit of homework!). For your investment of $150 ($125 if you book early bird price) you get 4 Basics Classes and a free group lesson.

Why try yoga?
Combining a strong yoga asana pratice, with a guided breath is a fantastic way to achieve not only a toned physique (with consistent practice) but almost from your first class you will witness the beneficial effects on your mind, body, and emotional state.
Leaving your yoga class you will feel not only more centered and calm, but also energised and emotionally 'walking on air'.
Yoga is also an amazing way to discover (or re-discover!) the 'tejase' within us, and in our lives. 'Tejase' means 'Divine Sparkle' in Sanscrit and a regular yoga practise helps us connect with it and enjoy life to the max!
